The new product recognition grinding mechanism (PRG) guarantees optimal coffee, ground according to each specialty.
The right brewing time is a decisive factor in achieving an optimal result. That is why, in addition to the standard brewing process, JURA has also developed the Pulse Extraction Process (PEP®) for short specialities such as Ristretto or Espresso and the One-Touch Lungo function for long specialities.
98% of coffee is made up of water, so it is essential to use fresh, cold water to achieve perfect coffee, and when heating the water, the lime it contains is deposited, but with the Intelligent Water System (IWS) with CLARIS Smart filter cartridge you will protect the machine from lime deposits and prolong its useful life.
Thanks to fine foam technology , JURA's innovative milk foam frothers prepare light, long-lasting milk foam or simply heat milk to the desired temperature.
ENA LINE
The ENA 8 model from this line is an automatic machine that could be described as small, simple and beautiful.
